• International Orders: Overseas orders must be prepaid with Credit Card, payable through U.S. bank in U.S. funds. BTI Inc. reserves the right to request pre-payment by above options only.
• International Shipping: We only ship UPS/FEDEX Collect for ALL orders outside the US. We require a UPS or FEDEX Account for customs duty/taxes charges.
• Minimum Order: None, shipping extra ($100 for NET 30 Accts.).
• Prices/Quantities:Prices subject to change without notice. Quantities may be limited. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
• Delivery: Orders are shipped FOB origin. Normal method via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground for lower 48 states. UPS and FedEx requires street addresses (no PO boxes, APOs, FPOs, MPOs). Specify instructions for international orders. Hawaii and Alaska via UPS blue. Please specify for UPS next day, 2nd day or 3rd day. 
• Shipping Charges: All Shipping Charges are estimated and my be more or less at time of shippment.
• Open Orders - UPS standard charges plus handling and insurance charges will be billed at cost.
• Prepaid Orders - must include Shipping charges for UPS ground or other means.
• International Orders - Please contact us for charges.
• All Orders - Additional charges for UPS Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day or special shipping.
• Back Orders: We stock most items listed in this catalog. Any item not available for immediate shipment will be back ordered. Please advise us if you do not wish to accept or pay for a partial shipment.

Claims and Returns:

A) All returns must be made within 30 days (90 Days for Resale Accounts) of the invoice date or a 20% restocking fee may apply.
B) No collect or COD returns.

D) All returns must be in resalable condition. We do not accept worn out or damaged products from customer.
E) Items returned due to customer error may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge.
F) "Special Ordered Items" and custom packages are non-returnable. and no refunds on specially designed items requested by the customer.
G) Defective merchandise will be replaced anytime(Lifetime Warranty), if it is returned with a copy of the invoice. This warranty does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been altered in any way. when in use. In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price.

H) No refunds on shipping charges on returns.

I) There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

J) Responsibility: BTI shall not be responsible for any loss of business, downtime, goodwill, late delivery, or any other commitment incurred by the customer that may be related to the purchase, use, repair, or return of any BTI Inc product without prior written authorization. BTI Inc May cancel an order for any reason due to unforseen surcomstances related to material, personel, volatile markets or any other reasons beyond our control. BTI Incmakes no warranties, express or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability, or non-infringement including those instances where changes, alterations, or modifications are made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser. Our obligation is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective parts and/or merchandise or, at our sole option, to refund the purchase price. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether written or oral, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall BTI be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or injury of any nature. A full refund will be given, subject to QA inspection, for any defective item returned to us and received by us within our 30-day warranty period in its original packaging. If an BTI product is found to be defective, the value of that product is our only liability. We do not warrant or represent that our merchandise complies with the provisions of any law, particularly the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and regulations promulgated thereunder, unless the manufacturer so warrants. The website shall not be an accurate indication product quantities due to in inventory fluctuations from other distributors, and due to material restrictions and availability. Some items may be out of stock at the time of your order or inquiry. Please call or email us to confirm quantities of an item.

Sales Tax:
Please be advised that we collect and remit sales taxes only to the state of California. If your purchases are subject to sales tax in another state, it is your responsibility to remit the proper tax to that state.
