** We have a lifetime warranty on the all products we mfr. except missuse or wearable parts such as a Hex Bit from twisting from over torque etc. or breaking.
   We appologize for the inconvenience for the defective item you recieved.
* Claims and Returns:
A) All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
B) No collect or COD returns.
C) No returns without a valid return authorization number (RMA NUMBER) issued by BTI Inc.
D) All returns must be in resalable condition. We do not accept worn out or damaged products from customer.
E) Items returned due to customer error may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge.
F) "Special Ordered Items" and custom packages are non-returnable. and no refunds on specially designed items requested by the customer.
G) Defective merchandise will be replaced if it is returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. This warranty does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been altered in any way. NOTE: Due to the length of  the shaft of items over 6" lg. we do not guarateee against breakage from moving the wrench from side to side etc. when in use.  In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.
H) No refunds on shipping charges on returns.
 
OPTION 1:
Notify us first, then we will send a UPS CALL TAG for defective items
Please box all items in question for pick-up by UPS on Monday or Tues.
 
Once we recieve the items we will send replacements and as a precaution we will further inspect the replacements for similar defects so we don't send out more defected items.
