- Since 1967, when the first TINY-VAC was produced, we have consistently maintained a standard of excellence and pride in the craftmanship which we continue to pledge to our customers. Our tools continue to spark enthusiastic responses from all over the United States. It is particularly gratifying to receive a call from a customer who needs, perhaps, a replacement bag for a vacuum cleaner that's been in service for seven years! We think that's great... we KNOW that's quality!! Once having used a B.T.I. tool, wonder how they ever got along without it!
