Confirming Purchase Orders must be marked "Confirmation - Do Not Duplicate" or restocking charge will apply.

Payment:
MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, Company Check COD, or prepaid by Company Check or Money Order. Net 30 day open account available for qualified institutions and companies. US funds only.

International Orders:
Overseas orders must be prepaid with Credit Card, international bank check. BTI Inc. reserves the right to request pre-payment by above options only.

Minimum Order:
$50 minimum for merchandise, shipping extra.

Prices/Quantities:
Prices subject to change without notice. Quantities may be limited. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Delivery:
Orders are shipped FOB origin. Normal method via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground for lower 48 states. UPS and FedEx requires street addresses (no PO boxes, APOs, FPOs, MPOs). Specify instructions for international orders. Hawaii and Alaska via UPS blue. Please specify for UPS next day, 2nd day or 3rd day.

Shipping Charges:
Open Orders - UPS standard charges plus handling and insurance charges will be billed at cost.
Prepaid Orders - must include Shipping charges for UPS ground or other means.
International Orders - Please contact us for charges.
All Orders - Additional charges for UPS Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day or special shipping.

Back Orders:
We stock most items listed in this catalog. Any item not available for immediate shipment will be back ordered. Please advise us if you do not wish to accept or pay for a partial shipment.

Claims and Returns:
A) All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
B) No collect or COD returns.
C) No returns without a valid return authorization number (RMA NUMBER) issued by BTI Inc.
D) All returns must be in resalable condition. We do not accept worn out or damaged products from customer.
E) Items returned due to customer error may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge.
F) "Special Ordered Items" and custom packages are non-returnable. and no refunds on specially designed items requested by the customer.
G) Defective merchandise will be replaced if it is returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. This warranty does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been altered in any way. when in use. In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price.
H) No refunds on shipping charges on returns.

Sales Tax:
Please be advised that we collect and remit sales taxes only to the state of California. If your purchases are subject to sales tax in another state, it is your responsibility to remit the proper tax to that state.
